Well, jusr how exactly is that suit going between Rebecca and David Barton. I have not heard anything about it in a really long time. It occurs to me that Barton has about as much chance of winning as a lit cigarette on a Titanic victim.

The attorneys for Jennings and Bell-Metereau are still trying to get the lawsuit dismissed. They have appealed a lower court ruling against dismissal.
